Logistical Note
Greetings from Team YD!
We look forward to having you join us at the Yerevan Dialogue scheduled to take place from May 26-27 in Yerevan, Armenia.
Please find below important logistical details to facilitate your participation at the conference.
Conference Venue
The conference will be held at the Seven Visions Resort and Places, the Dvin, Yerevan (40 Paronyan St, Yerevan, Armenia).
Local Hospitality
The participants are accommodated at mainly 5 hotels: Seven Visions Resort and Places, the Dvin, Yerevan (40 Paronyan St, Yerevan, Armenia), Marriott Armenia (Republic Square), Ramada Hotel (15 Pavstos Buzand, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia, 0010), DoubleTree by Hilton Yerevan(4/2 Grigor Lusavorich, Yerevan, 0015) and Courtyard by Marriott (5 Teryan St, Yerevan, Armenia) .
Kindly note:
- If you are staying with us, upon arrival at the hotel, please proceed to the front desk to check-in. The room cost for three nights (room, breakfast, wi-fi) will already be settled in advance. You may still be asked to provide a credit card at check-in for any additional individual incidentals.
- Room service, private restaurant expenses, mini-bar, laundry, and any other expenses incurred directly, will not be covered by the organizers and shall be on a self-payment basis.
- The hotel will make every effort for an early check-in (official check-in is at 2:00 PM), but it is not guaranteed. If your room is not ready when you arrive, the hotel will store your luggage for you until the appropriate time. Any confirmations on earlier check-in (if any) would have been shared with you already.
- Conference meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) will be provided at designated venues and timings.
- Check-out is at 12:00 Noon. Please check out of your room before or during breakfast and store your luggage with the front desk in case you are leaving later in the day.
Airport and hotel transfers
In order to facilitate your arrival at the “Zvartnots” International Airport, Yerevan, a help-desk will be set up inside the terminal.
Transportation will be provided from the airport to your designated hotel on May 24, 25 and 26.
Transfers from your designated hotel to the airport will be available on May 26, 27, 28.
In case you arrive before or depart after the dates mentioned above, we request you to make your own transportation arrangements.
Conference Shuttle
A daily shuttle service will be provided for transfers between your designated hotel and the conference venue, Seven Visions Resort and Places, the Dvin, Yerevan. The timings of the shuttle service for the conference days are as follows.
There will be a designated point of contact at your designated hotel to assist you with the daily shuttle service.

In case you need to travel between those times, you are requested to make your own arrangements.
Conference Registration
Your accreditation badge will be available for collection at the information desk at the Hotels.
- All those seeking to enter must produce
- their conference badge;
- and their official identity document.
Medical Room
A medic will be available on call. Please reach out to one of the conference organizers and they will assist you.
Dress Code
The dress code for May 26 and 27 is business/formal/military uniform/national attire.
Weather
Temperatures usually range between lows of 16° C and highs of 31° C in the month of May
General Information
Kindly note the following information:
- The local currency in Armenia is the Armenian Dram. Currency can be exchanged at the international airport or authorized currency exchange kiosks in the city.
- In case you arrive early or if you have free time you may wish to explore the following local attractions:
- Republic Square
- Yerevan Cascade
- Victory Park
- Armenian Genocide Museum (Tsitsernakaberd).
- On May 25 from 16:00 to 18:00, Matenadaran will be open for participant of Yerevan Dialogue.
